A report from nonsense gaming website, Pocket Gamer, has suggested Simon Miller, me, harassed indie game devs during the ‘Big Indie Pitch’ event at Gamescom. I, Simon Miller, from The Miller Report, can confirm that many truths were told, but anyone claiming harassment needs to take a look at themselves and consider what they’re doing with their lives. Unless the answer is lifting, they can chuff right off.
“I’ll punch their legal team into dust,” I, Simon Miller of The Miller Report, told myself moments ago when responding to a threat of legal action. “Do you think I give a chuff about Pocket Gamer. They must be tiny to be able to play from within a pocket, or be normal sized and be inside a giant’s pocket. Either way, they’re toast.”
“As for the news that one developer has gone bankrupt, well, think on this. What’s better: being bankrupt or me crushing your house? Epic Games isn’t bankrupt. Do you know why? Because they made a real game, about a real war, for real men, with real guns.”
Simon Miller is yet to receive any official correspondence from Pocket Gamer’s legal team and has suggested to sources close to the matter that “he couldn’t give a chuff”.
That’s right, indie devs being upset means nothing to me. Miller out.
