TaleWorlds Entertainment has two distinct patches for its early access sandbox RPG Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord.
The main update is patch 1.7.1, which mostly fixes some relevant crashes and bugs, making the experience smoother for the less adventurous among us. You can find the full patch notes here.
On the other hand, if you’re feeling adventurous, the following update (1.7.2) has already been released in beta, and you can download it by selecting the beta option in the game’s properties on Steam.
The patch notes are much beefier and can be found here.
The beta update includes even more crash and bug fixes, performance optimization, new equipment pieces, lots of UI and quality of life changes, tweaks to how parties behave on the campaign maps, improved food management for AI armies, the ability to interact with prisoners, equipment changes to several soldier types, a new ranking system for online matches, and much more.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is currently available in early access via Steam and Epic Games Store.
