Isabelle is one busy dog. As one of Animal Crossing’s model and mascot citizens, she does her best every day to make player’s lives as easy as possible as the hard-working secretary who aids their every need. Combined with her double duty as secretary and fighter (for those who play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate), this poor pooch could probably use a good, long break. Luckily, thanks to these new renderings from the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it looks like our favorite doggo will be getting a well-deserved vacation very soon.

Recently Nintendo released brand new renderings of Isabelle and other Animal Crossing characters in preparation for the highly anticipated New Horizons game. In her newest images, Isabelle can be seen wearing a pink Hawaiian print-styled button down shirt, with the traditional flowers and palm tree leaves swapped in favor of the familiar Animal Crossing leaf logo. Her shirt’s been paired with a simple white skirt, brown shoes, and, of course, Isabelle’s signature smile.

Fans’ reactions to Isabelle’s new, laid-back look have been overwhelmingly positive.

One fan commented on how grateful and happy they were to see Isabelle out of her office for once.

Some people were so overwhelmed by their emotions that they settled to show their feelings in bright and colorful gif form.

And others are just excited that this busy bee will finally get to go on a vacation.

Nintendo Dream magazine also published renderings of the rest of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons cast of characters in their new outfits for the game. Notably, it appears that in New Horizons, villagers will be able to wear tops with sleeves, something that has not occurred in previous Animal Crossing games. In previous titles, if a villager tried on an outfit, it would be transformed into a sleeveless article of clothing once worn. However, starting this March, animals will be able to fully cover their arms for any breezy island days.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be released worldwide for the Nintendo Switch on March 20, 2020. The game is available for pre-order now for $59.99.
