Sadly that’s about all there is to go on right now, although considering we haven’t even seen a Splinter Cell game on PS4 and Xbox One yet, we’d like to think that Ubisoft does have something in the pipeline. Whether we’ll see it this year is anyone’s guess, though.
That’s not to say the French publisher has been silent in regards to more of Sam Fisher’s stealthy escapades. Last year at E3, Ubisoft chief Yves Guillemot teased, ‘I think you will be able to see something, but you will have to wait for that.’ With E3 2018 just a few months away now, there’s every chance we could see the curtains pulled back on a new Splinter Cell game at the event.
