The popular Nintendo Direct broadcasts, often used by the platform holder to make announcements, will continue without former president Satoru Iwata.
Iwata passed away in July, and had been a regular host of Nintendo Direct.
“Nintendo Directs will continue,” Nintendo told IGN, “but we have no details to provide now on who will be featured or the topics that will be covered.”
It’s not yet known if newly appointed president Tatsumi Kimishima will take on a hosting role in future broadcasts.
