During Nintendo’s E3 showcase we got another look at Astral Chain, the upcoming title from Platinum Games. Announced last February, Astral Chain looks suitably action-packed. You can choose to play as either a male or female character, and the one you don’t choose will become your sibling. It’s directed by Takahisa Taura, who was the lead game designer on Nier: Automata. Fear the Wolves is the upcoming post-apocalyptic battle royale game from the ex-STALKER devs at Vostok Games which was revealed back in February. Today we have some more visuals from the game. Tyler “Ninja” Blevins has had a historic 2019, and it looks like his 2020 is starting off with more success. Ninja announced in early December that he would be partnering with Adidas to make a new sneaker called the “Time In” Night Joggers. The sneaker was designed in the classic Ninja blue and gold lettering, and upon release, the adult sizes were sold out within the hour. The sneakers were released online at $150 for adult sizes and $120 for child sizes....
Speaking with Kotaku during E3, Nintendo producers Yoshihito Ikebata and Kensuke Tanabe said they’re working with developer Next Level Games to ensure that the bosses in Luigi’s Mansion 3 are better than those in the 3DS’ Dark Moon. Tanabe, who didn’t work on Luigi’s Mansion 2, as it was known over here, said ‘To be completely honest, when I was playing Dark Moon, I told Ikebata-san that if it were me, I would remake a lot of the bosses....

Nintendo has dropped a new overview trailer for next month’s upcoming release of Nintendo Switch Sports. The latest footage breaks down each individual sport you’ll get to enjoy in the package. The action takes place in a facility known as Spocco Square. There, you’ll get to enjoy a range of sports including Volleyball, Badminton, Bowling, Soccer, Chambara and Tennis. A delay in the release of No Man’s Sky has been confirmed by developer Hello Games, which will see the ambitious space exploration title launching for PS4 on August 12. Developer Bad Dream Games and publisher HandyGames have announced music-themed 2D platformer One Hand Clapping will launch on December 14. The game’s unique twist is that you solve puzzles and interact with the game’s world using your actual real-world voice. You’ll be tasked with singing or humming into your microphone to manipulate platforms and objects in the environment. You don’t have to be a ‘good’ singer either, as the game will gently help you build confidence in melody, rhythm and harmony....

Last month Google Stadia officially announced it will shut down its beleaguered cloud gaming service for good in January next year. Now, in light of this news, the developer behind top-down party battle game and Google Stadia exclusive Outcasters has informed its players that, at this point in time, it “does not have plans to bring [the game] to other platforms”. In a statement on Twitter, British developer Splash Damage explained that as Outcasters was both designed and built with Stadia specifically in mind, the game’s systems were “heavily reliant on the platform” and the work required to release it on a different platform was simply too complex at this time....
