Capcom has acknowledged a number of ongoing matchmaking issues plaguing the Xbox One version of Monster Hunter: World. In its first free update next month, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will add Rajang, an electrifying Fanged Beast last seen in Monster Hunter 2. Capcom announced the appearance in a trailer which shows off Rajang’s beastly brawn and a lot of yelling from hunter and monster alike. Mouse and keyboard support is coming to Xbox Cloud Gaming, the Microsoft cloud streaming platform. Currently only touchscreen on mobile and controllers are supported, so the inclusion of mouse and keyboard is a win for anyone looking for an alternative input, as well as for accessibility. Bandai Namco has unveiled My Hero Ultra Rumble, an upcoming free-to-play battle royale based on the My Hero anime series. The publisher revealed the game during a summer showcase at this year’s Anime Expo 2022 in LA over the weekend. Byking is the studio handling development on the game, who were previously responsible for My Hero One’s Justice in 2018. In this game, players will join three player squads and will compete against seven other squads for a total of 24 players....

Although it was canceled back in 2001, Duke Nukem Forever has had new gameplay clips leak on the Internet that showed a Las Vegas level for players to explore and navigate through. A tweet from Ubisoft creative director Julian Gerighty seems to jokingly confirm a new Splinter Cell game, but this has been denied by Ubisoft officially. A surprise patch for Team Fortress 2 went live today, implementing a number of significant changes. The Heavy receives a boost to minigun spin-up time and in increase in movement speed while firing the minigun. On the other side of the spectrum, the Pyro’s Flamethrower will do 20% less damage, and a fire’s burn duration will last 6 seconds rather than 10. The Flamethrower’s airblast was buffed to balance for the decrease in damage....

Super Mario Maker 2 will soon let Mario transform into Link from The Legend of Zelda series, which has opened the door for other Nintendo characters to appear in the game as power-ups in the future. Super Mario Maker had over one hundred and fifty costumes based on different characters (as well as some real people), but these changes were only aesthetic.
