Lego Super Mario has been announced by Lego and Nintendo, in celebration of Mario Day on March 10 (via Polygon). What Lego Super Mario will be is unclear, though, because the previews posted by both companies are fourteen seconds long in total together. The Lego Mario has a rotating Question Block on his chest like a Teletubby, and he’s got animated teeth and eyes. Weird. Something fun is being built! Nintendo fans have been feeling generous this week on Reddit. So much so, that they’ve been banned from giving away free games. Pre-orders for the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset will open on Oculus.com at 8am Pacific Time on January 6, Oculus has announced. “We’ll be sharing everything you need to know to order your Rift on Wednesday when pre-orders go live,” explained the Oculus blog. All Rifts come bundled with 3D platformer Lucky’s Tale by Playful, whilst all pre-orders also ship with CCP’s EVE: Valkyrie. Capcom is in talks with Yoshinori Ono about the possibility of bringing back PS2 action series Onimusha, according to a new report by UK newspaper Daily Star. A Venturebeat report into the Vienna-based company includes various details on Moon Studios founders Thomas Mahler and Gennadiy Korol, who it is claimed fostered a work environment where anyone could speak their mind without fear of reprisal.
