Today Genshin Impact developer HoYoverse released a new trailer showcasing the next new character coming to the popular action-RPG. The new heroine is Nilou, a graceful dancer working at the renowned Zubayr Theater in Sumeru. She will be made available with the event wirsh Twirling Lotus, about which we don’t know much yet. We also get the reveal of her voice actresses, Dani Chambers in English and Hisako Kanemoto in Japanese, also known as Fie Claussell in the Trails of Cold Steel series, and Murakumo in the Senran Kagura series....
Nintendo’s Advance Wars remake has been postponed until further notice, due to “recent world events”. Nintendo made the announcement it had delayed Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp this afternoon, in a short statement shared via Twitter. Sonic Team head Takashi Iizuka has confirmed that Sonic Frontiers “isn’t similar at all” to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Since the game’s reveal, fans have made the comparison with Nintendo’s adventure due to Sonic Frontiers’ lush green open setting and that hero shot of the hedgehog looking out over a wide landscape. Okami is one of the most-beloved PlayStation 2 games, earning widespread critical acclaim and becoming a cult classic in its own right. Developer Clever Plays has announced a free update for asymmetrical co-op adventure Operation: Tango adding a new Challenge Mode. Treyarch Sutdios has announced that the delayed CDL Moshpit playlist is finally available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The special Call of Duty League focused playlist had originally been scheduled to arrive at the start of Season 1, but was delayed due to an unspecified tech issue. Recently, NetherRealm Studios revealed the release dates for all of the Kombat Pack 1 characters for Mortal Kombat 11. In a shocking reveal today, the Mortal Shell release date was confirmed for August 18. In a year full of delays, it seems that Cold Symmetry and PlayStack wanted to do something contrary to expectations. The publisher uploaded a new trailer for the game, which showed new characters, enemies to fight and ways to die. The trailer ended of course with the release date flashing on the screen. If this is the marketing team’s idea for how to generate massive hype, well, I’m sold on it....

Sports are there to last, and so are sports games. There’s not much change in sports, so it’s only fair that sports games remain the same as well. Of course, the graphics get better, the gameplay gets polished, teams get updated, and new mechanics are introduced to make the gameplay feel as close to the real sport as possible. Sports games are all about competition; playing against another player in a 1v1 match, but it looks like 2K Sports is going a step further with their entirely new MyCareer mode in NBA 2K20 with Hollywood celebrities making an appearance in the game mode....
Need For Speed No Limits, a new free-to-play entry in EA’s hit racing franchise, is available to download now on iOS and Android. Developed by Real Racing studio Firemonkeys, Need For Speed No Limits sees players tearing through the city streets of Blackridge, where they can customise their car and compete in over 900 race events and 10 game modes. 30 cars and 38 courses are included at launch, although EA says the game will grow even larger “over time”....
