Earlier today, the Sony San Diego YouTube channel released yet another trailer for the studio’s upcoming baseball game, MLB The Show 22. Most of the trailer features the Coach character from past MLB The Show Trailers as well as the game’s cover athlete, Shohei Ohtani. Obsidian Entertainment has just released a demo for Grounded as part of the Steam Gaming Festival. Grounded puts a spin on the survival/adventure genre with its shrunken-down experience, thereby turning the backyard into a massive world. The demo is a 30-minute, single-player trial that allows players to test basic mechanics and explore the map. Ghost Town Games’ Gordon Ramsay simulator Overcooked 2 is receiving a bunch of free DLC today, just in time for the Chinese New Year. Overlord: Fellowship of Evil has been delayed to October 20, an update on the game’s website has confirmed. The co-op action RPG had been due to arrive on PS4, Xbox One and PC yesterday, but now isn’t scheduled to launch for another three weeks. A reason for the delay has not been revealed. Overlord: Fellowship of Evil is somewhat of a departure from previous core games in the series that sees up to 4-players unleashing destruction across a twisted fantasy world....

Developer Gamecan has been hard at work on their new game Overstep, a futuristic sport of two 3-robot teams that move swiftly around an arena in a high-speed game that is engaging and reminiscent of classic Tony Hawk Pro Skater games. The newly announced Nintendo Classic Mini: Nintendo Entertainment System will launch in the UK on November 11 priced £49.99, retailer listings have confirmed. You can pre-order the Mini NES now from GAME(?) As announced yesterday the Mini-NES includes 30 built in games (and never any more than that) and offers HDMI out for modern displays. Mirror’s Edge will launch on PS4, Xbox One and PC in early 2016, EA has announced. The game will ship during EA’s Q4 FY16, meaning it’ll release any time between January 1, 2016 and March 31, 2016. Mirror’s Edge was first announced almost two years ago at E3 2013 and tells the origin story of returning character Faith. Litle on the game has been seen since then, however, although it’s possible we could hear more during EA’s financial results call later tonight....

Update 8/20/19: A Mortal Kombat 11 DLC leak has revealed the two unannounced Kombat Pack characters. Original story follows. At the end of May, NetherRealm Studios announced that Nightwolf, Sindel, and Spawn would all be joining Shang Tsung as Mortal Kombat 11 DLC fighters. While this has given fans a lot to look forward to, there are still two MK11 DLC characters that have yet to be officially announced. However, it now seems likely that the names of these two mystery Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack characters were revealed before the game was even released....

Mortal Kombat X will be available in four different special editions of varying desirability when the game launches on April 14, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced. MultiVersus is the brand new party brawler that brings in fighters from iconic WB franchises like Batman, Scooby Doo and Adventure Time.
